Oneness and Christ Consciousness
A personal journey
Recently, I heard a passage from the Bible that Jesus spoke, and it has stayed with me:
“When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one so that the male will not be male nor the female be female… then you will enter the kingdom.”
These words point to something I’ve been trying to understand—about the balance of Feminine and Masculine energies, Christ Consciousness, Unity Consciousness, and Oneness. For a long time, these were just concepts I read about but didn’t fully grasp. Now, I feel as though I’m beginning to glimpse what they really mean, and this understanding is slowly transforming my view of life.
What is Christ Consciousness?
To my most recent conceptual understanding, Christ Consciousness at its core is a state of divine awareness characterized by unconditional love and compassion. It is about transcending the ego, letting go of the old self, and connecting to the divine within. This concept transcends the figure of Jesus within Christianity, reflecting the universal qualities of love, light, and wisdom that he embodied. We can all aim for these qualities: compassion, humility, forgiveness, and the recognition of the divinity that exists in everyone. It’s not something that Jesus did for us—he was simply the one who fully realized it and showed us the way. He understood that all beings are connected to the divine, and by living in alignment with that truth, he was able to walk the path of love, light, and service.
The Living Light Field
As I explored these ideas further, I came across the concept of Christ Consciousness as the Living Light Field. This goes beyond just awareness or a spiritual archetype. It suggests that Christ Consciousness is a living, creative force—a field of energy that sustains all of creation.
The two fundamental forces, Primal Sound and Primal Light, are the foundation of the universe. Primal Sound, often called the “Word” or the “Logos,” is the vibrational essence that initiates creation. Primal Light is the radiant energy that organizes and shapes the cosmos. Together, they create the fabric of reality itself. These forces are the creative intelligence behind everything we experience.
Christ Consciousness, in this sense, emerges from a realm beyond our material universe. It’s a force that transcends time and space, connecting everything to the infinite potential of creation. This Living Light Field, made up of Primal Sound and Primal Light, constantly creates, maintains, and evolves the universe.
The Primal Seven Sounds
The sounds Ka, Ra, Ja, Sa, Ta, Ha, La represent primal frequencies or sacred syllables that reflect the essence of the sound field in the metaphysical structure of creation. These sounds act as keys to the vibrational structure of existence, showing how creation manifests through vibration and resonance.
The Sound Field is often described as the vibrational matrix from which all forms of existence arise. Many spiritual traditions see Sound as the first emanation of the divine—the “Word” or “Logos” that brings energy into form. Each of the seven primal sounds represents a unique aspect of creation:
- Ka: Creation, the seed of potential, the foundation of life
- Ra: Radiance, the sun, and the energy of light and expansion
- Ja: Wisdom, clarity, or the intelligence that organizes the cosmos
- Sa: Flow, harmony, the sacred connection between forms
- Ta: Structure, stability, grounding principles in creation
- Ha: Breath, life force, the animating spirit
- La: Love, unity, and the return to the divine source
These sounds, when understood as sacred vibrations, symbolize forces or principles that shape the universe. They activate the Sound Field, guide manifestation, and reflect the cosmic laws that govern existence.
Unity Consciousness
Unity Consciousness is the awareness that all life is interconnected. This challenges the illusion of separateness. We often define ourselves by labels like race, gender, culture, and religion. But when we embrace Unity Consciousness, we see beyond these differences and understand that at the core, we are all part of one unified energy.
Living with Unity Consciousness means recognizing that harm to one is harm to all. It involves shifting from an “I” perspective to a “we” perspective, understanding that we are all on this journey together. This doesn’t require ignoring our differences, but rather embracing the common thread that connects us—the divine energy flowing through all things.
We are all soulmates, incarnated on Earth to experience life uniquely, shaped by the Divine plan and our personal karma. Some believe this journey is for our soul’s evolution, recognizing the Christ within and purifying our karma. Ultimately, regardless of our individual paths, we are all returning to the same place. Once we embody Christ Consciousness—whether in this life or another—we will realize that, at our core, we are all one.
Oneness
Then there’s Oneness. Oneness is a direct experience of unity with the divine and all of creation, revealing that there is no separation between ourselves, others, and the universe. This understanding brings a sense of peace, stillness, and joy that can only be felt, not explained.
Oneness is the deep knowing that we are all connected to the Source. It’s a feeling that transcends thought—it’s a truth we experience when we open our hearts and minds to the divine within. When we embrace Oneness, we start to see the divine in everything, from the smallest detail to the grandest expression of life.
Living the Truth of Oneness
Christ Consciousness, Unity Consciousness, and Oneness are intertwined. Christ Consciousness is the divine force flowing through us all, connecting us to the Source of Creation. Unity Consciousness allows us to see the interconnectedness of all beings, and Oneness reveals that everything is part of the same divine whole.
To live in alignment with these truths is to step into a life of love, compassion, and service. It’s a reminder that we are not separate from the divine but rather living expressions of its infinite beauty and intelligence.
What Christ Consciousness Represents in Practice
- Awareness: Recognizing ourselves as multidimensional beings connected to the Source.
- Alignment: Living in harmony with universal laws, embodying love, compassion, and unity.
- Activation: Awakening dormant aspects of the soul to resonate with the Christ template and fulfill our divine purpose.
- Integration: Seeing the divine in every aspect of creation and aligning our actions, thoughts, and intentions with that truth.
Embracing Christ Consciousness is to step into a relationship with the divine forces of creation. It invites us to shift from ego-driven existence to one rooted in love, harmony, and service to the greater whole. It serves as a bridge between the infinite potential of the Source and the manifested reality we experience, guiding us back to our original essence as beings of Light and Sound.
In my journey, I’ve realized that these concepts are not just abstract ideas; they are principles we can embody and live by.
While I only grasp fragments of this understanding, I feel a growing awareness of our true essence. I now recognize there is still much to learn and experience in order to fully embody Christ Consciousness.
I believe I am currently experiencing a light body activation, a process aimed at purifying my physical and mental states while addressing Karmic burdens from my life and ancestors. This journey involves quieting the ego, engaging in shadow work, enduring the ‘dark night of the soul/ego,’ and releasing the past self. Basically, detaching and letting go of everything that I know, I learned and I am. Not everyone experience this in the same way; this is my unique path. It involves expanding consciousness and raising my frequency through practices like meditation, sound healing, or prayer, while balancing feminine and masculine energies. Ultimately, it’s about integrating my spiritual nature into my physical being and uncovering my inner truth—the Christ Consciousness. Although this journey is challenging, filled with struggle, solitude, tears, and emotional pain, it is worthwhile for my soul to live a life aligned with divine love, light, and wisdom.
Jesus became one with divine consciousness, and through his teachings, he reminded us that we, too, can experience this unity. I have just awakened and opened my spiritual eyes, realizing the presence of Christ Consciousness within me. I am gradually remembering that we are all one, each with a unique purpose, and learning how to open—and keep open—the door to the realization that my Father and I are one through deep daily meditation. Until this truth is fully realized and embodied, I strive to embrace and enjoy the present moment.
