A Dream of Freedom: Listening to the Whisper of the Inner Self

It is November 30th, and once again, the energies have surprised me out of nowhere. It started in the morning, mild but noticeable. Then, as the clock struck 22:30, the storm hit. For two hours, I felt as though my heart was being tugged left and right at lightning speed. A burning heat radiated from my chest, and I couldn’t tell if I was being attacked by external forces or if it was disturbed Kundalini Shakti rising within me. The energetic turbulence wasn’t just physical; it was emotional too—raw, uncomfortable, and overwhelming.

And there I was, in the midst of it all, trying to focus on my project. Work—how could I possibly finish my work? Panic grew just beneath the surface, but something deep within me refused to give in to the chaos. Instead, I closed my laptop and turned inward. I detached from the storm and reached for the calm, sweet stillness of the source within. It wasn’t easy—it felt like battling through the heart of a hurricane. But I did it. At last, I could sense, hear, and feel it: its presence and silence. Exhausted yet grateful, I finally drifted off to sleep.

And then I dreamed.

Intense Dream

In my dream, I met a white horse. She was beautiful, young, and radiant. I felt an instant connection to her, as if she was a part of me that I hadn’t fully embraced before. I knew she was female, and there was something about her presence that felt nurturing and powerful all at once.

I wanted to keep her close, to care for her, but I didn’t know how. A group of women appeared, offering their support, and we began building a home for her together. The horse, so loving and attached to me, felt like a reflection of my own inner self—something pure, intuitive, and alive.

Then the dream shifted. I found myself trapped in a castle with no way out except through a tiny window. The castle felt safe but suffocating, a place that once protected me but now confined me. The horse was still with me, and she had a plan. She told me to hold onto a piece of floss :), give her the other end, and trust her.

At first, I hesitated. Could such a fragile thread really lead me to freedom? Could I trust her—and myself? But something within me whispered, “Yes.” So, I let go of doubt and did as she suggested.

The horse leaped across a cold body of water, landing on the far shore. Then, with her strength and grace, she pulled the very land I was standing on closer to freedom. I jumped, landing beside her, and together we stood on new ground, breathing in the air of liberation. I felt happy, free, and whole.

The Whisper of Your Inner Self

This dream wasn’t just a dream; it was a message. The white horse was a symbol of my authentic self—pure, intuitive, and connected to something far greater than the ego. The castle, on the other hand, represented the ego itself—those outdated paradigms and rigid structures we cling to for a false sense of security.

The tiny window was an opportunity, small but significant. And the floss? That was trust—trust in my inner voice, even when the path forward seemed delicate or uncertain.

The process of escaping wasn’t easy. It required faith and courage to leap into the unknown. But the reward? Freedom. The joy of standing on new ground, in harmony with myself and the world around me.

A Journey Worth Taking

If there’s one thing this dream has taught me, it’s this: the path to freedom begins with trusting the whisper of your soul. Sometimes, that whisper is drowned out by chaos—whether it’s external noise or internal storms like the one I faced last night. But if you can detach from the noise and tune into the sweet silence within, you’ll find a guide waiting to lead you.

The journey to your authentic self isn’t about fighting the storm; it’s about surrendering to the process. It’s about embracing the feminine energy of intuition and trust, allowing it to guide you out of the castle of the ego and onto new ground.

So, wherever you are in your journey, I encourage you to listen to the whispers of your inner self. If you can’t hear them yet, start by sitting in stillness. Let the silence speak to you. Trust the process, even when it’s hard. Because the more you trust, the closer you’ll come to a life of harmony, authenticity, and freedom.

Take that leap. You won’t regret it.
